Yesterday, I (and a few thousand other bloggers) reviewed Donald Miller’s new book, A Million Miles in a Thousand Years—and my friends at Thomas Nelson have generously provided one copy to give away to you.

Want to win a copy? Here’s how you can do it:

    Once upon a time, in a strange land far far away from the icy shores of Canada, a young beautiful girl read a book about a rabbit and a disillusioned overweight white man. Many people from this strange land had loved the words of the book, and turned them over in their hands like shiny marbles. They told the girl that the jazzy book had changed their lives.

    So, the young beautiful girl read the book, much as she had read a book about 4 people hanging out in a shack, hoping she too could have her life changed and hold the lovely words in her hands.

    Sadly, this girl didn’t get it, just like she hadn’t gotten the shack book. She loved the disillusioned’s man’s words, and hoped that she too could craft words that others would ooh and aah at and roll around in their mouths, like so many disillusioned beautiful young girls hope to. But she also knew the power of these words to persuade even when they weren’t the best words.

    So she determined to read all the pretty, pretty words she could, so that she could determine what the pretty words were and what the good words were. And what the diffference was.
