When I’m not listening to audiobooks in the car, I’m usually listening to a podcast (unless it’s a rare time when I get control over our Spotify account). Over the years, my podcast consumption has changed quite a bit, moving from sermon audio to faith and culture to more of a mish-mash of all kinds of things. Here are three of my favorites that I’m currently listening to:
The Science of Social Media. This is a podcast by the folks at Buffer, who do a great job of making an informative podcast that isn’t product-centric. Instead, it’s a valuable resource for folks trying to keep up on important changes in social media land, which is essential since Facebook is determined to keep you from reaching your audience. (Not that us marketers are frustrated or anything…)
The Happy Rant Podcast. Emily and I listen to this together as our entertainment podcast. We laugh, get confused by sports references, and occasionally think of texting Barnabas to remind him that he’s better than that. Until we remember he’s not.
Stuff You Should Know. This is another weird and awesome one that we enjoy because it’s also informative. Lots of random facts, historical tidbits, and more random bits of randomness. Super-fun stuff!
So those are three of the ones I’m digging right now. What do you have on your playlist?
